Used in the Defibtech Lifeline and Lifeline AUTO AEDs, this 5-year battery pack as of the date of installation in the AED can provide 125 shocks or 8 hours of continuous use.

To help preserve and allocate full power to support the Lifeline AEDs, the battery pack contains a 9V Lithium battery (inserted into the battery pack) that is used for running the AED’s self-checks. Each battery pack is shipped with a new 9V lithium battery. Because Defibtech AEDs run on batteries only, it is advisable to have extra batteries available.
