What is AED Compliance & Readiness Management?
It's a program that tracks your AEDs so nothing lapses: monthly inspections, pad and battery expirations, and responder CPR certifications. Higher levels add physician medical direction, written policies and procedures, 911 dispatch (PSAP) registration, and support after an event.
Can I enroll AEDs I did not buy from AED.US?
Yes. You can enroll any make or model. Send us the make, model, serial number, and location of each AED and we'll add it to your dashboard. AEDs bought from AED.US are set up for you.
What is the difference between Readiness 365, Compliance 365, and Concierge 365?
Readiness 365 covers core tracking. Compliance 365 adds physician medical direction, written policies and procedures, PSAP registration, event data download and responder debrief, post-event supplies, and wireless connectivity. Concierge 365 adds expired pad and battery replacement, a fully warranted AED for the program term, and a dedicated team managing your program end to end.
