The Physio-Control LIFEPAK 1000 Trainer Replacement Fuse protects the internal circuitry of the training device. If the fuse melts because of an electronic overload, the fuse must be replaced with the same wattage fuse as the original fuse.
The fuse is the correct replacement fuse for your LIFEPAK 1000 Trainer, and will allow your LIFEPAK 1000 Trainer to continue to provide the same training features your trainer has always had.
